SECURITY MESSAGE FOR U.S. CITIZENS

President Trump’s announcement concerning Jerusalem has generated significant media attention. At this time, the U.S. Mission in Saudi Arabia is not aware of any specific, credible threats against American citizens in Saudi Arabia.  We urge all Americans to maintain a high level of vigilance, take appropriate steps to enhance their personal security, and follow instructions of local authorities.

U.S. citizens should review the State Department’s Travel Warning for Saudi Arabia and carefully consider the risks of travel to the country.
