U.S. Embassy Riyadh will conduct an online auction to dispose of excess property.
Bidding begins Wednesday, October 19 at 09:00. Bidding closes Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 20:00.
These auction lots include SUV/SEDAN vehicles, miscellaneous plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC supplies tools & machinery, IT office equipment, furniture, appliances, box springs with mattresses, and miscellaneous Welcome Kit items.
Online Auction process:

- To access the auction, go to https://online-auction.state.gov/
- Click on the “Riyadh, SA” event link listed under “All Auctions.”
- First-time bidders must click “Register” at the top of the page to create a user ID, and then log in.
- There is no entry/participation fee.
- Winning bidders will receive a phone call and a follow-up email with payment instructions and collection details.
- You must pick up items at our Annex October 28 through November 3, 2022 during the hours of 09:00-15:00.
