During regular business hours, the ACS units can be reached at the phone numbers listed above.

In the evening and on weekends, U.S. citizens can call the nearest embassy or consulate and reach a duty officer for assistance with serious emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please note that we can only replace lost and stolen passports during regular office hours.
